Personally, I replace it with "Available upon request" or "Left off for security reasons"...it lets the potential I'm really watching out. Hmmm...although I did almost get nailed at work. A robot grabbed my resume and used the first email address it found to "email me" about a job. I had obfuscated my own email address so the "first one" the robot found was my current boss's!
