Gonzor's site actually came back up in February or March; he has version 2.0 stable up and available for download. I would suggest starting there. You can customize your own payload using universal customizer and Gonzor's stuff as a base, using go.bat as the application launch script and the neat stuff you've been learning from CommandLineKungFu; go ahead and email me for more info.
