You could try wipfw or ghostwall (sorry don't have the links close by). Wipfw is a windows port of FreeBSD's ipfw which has text based congifs and ghostwall is a freeware firewall with a gui. HTH,

I also want to be able to close outbound ports so when they use Metasploit reverse shells on the default port of 4444 they don't get anything so have to change port numbers. What would people recommend?
