In the past I've used http://www.telestial.com when I'm headed your way.  A
quick look shows that the prices for US cards aren't very good.  AT&T and
T-mobile are going to be your options for carries that'll take a SIM.  If
you've already got a tri or quad band phone that shouldn't be an issue,
though I can't speak to the data plans.
