Unfortunately the dedicated / VPS pricing is a bit too much for something I'm going to use primarily as a VPN. I did try hotspotvpn about a year ago but had similar problems with speed, so I'm trying StrongVPN. So far it's almost good enough, streaming works if you let it buffer a tiny bit first. They have a lot of options to choose from so hopefully I'll find something perfect.
