Thank you everyone for the advice this is very helpful but now looks like I have a lot of work to do, has anyone seen if this kind of precaution is required in any of the audit alphebet (pci,Hippa, etc) We have a state audit coming in Aug but I did not see anything on it for preventative just logging for after the fact.
