I'm guessing there are going to be some SRV records published in AD DNS. You might also want to look at the LDAP database before and after the exchange install. I'm know back in Win2k days seeing lots of change after Exchange mucks up the LDAP database. I'm sure not much has changed. I've just had the pleasure of not having to deal with exchange for the last 6+ years. My memory might be a bit fuzzy.
