Hi Mike, I've used both and quite a bit, but mostly in the past, along with Webscarab and Charles proxy. More recently, I'm gravitating more toward Burp Suite Pro (which is probably my current fave and certainly worth the small cash outlay--there is a free version though), and the surprisingly nice .NET based Fiddler2.
