Thanks for the info everyone. I think I am going to send them it using the flashdrive's encryption. While GPG seems like a nice option, I am not sure the reciever will want to work with it. The flashdrive does have the ability to do 256 AES encryption. I think I'm going to send that. It seems like it will be less work for them than the alternatives.
