A number of people on Twitter suggested Goscomb as well and I've heard
good things about Linode for general hosting.

Still interested in opinions but I actually signed up with a dedicated
server today, I got a really good offer that was to good to turn down.

I'll be dropping VirtualBox on there and creating a machine with
encrypted disks so there is still a chance local admins can get at the
data but it is pretty much secured.
