Cde, Mawabo Sijila

Son of the soil, I said everything i say is backed by facts. Unfortunately
I am unable to attach a TV Footage of the president in that interview and
no where did he say PAC was bankrupt. That is why SABC has given PAC a
right of reply or to correct the misrepresentation, again its because
there is no evidence in the footage suggesting or pointing to the effect
that the PAC president said PAC is bankrupt.

I can assure you without any fear, that from November 2008 every week PAC
has been and will continue to be on both TV and Radio (Hold me to that).
Not only in one or two provinces but throughout the country.

It is very interesting how people chose to selectively believe in the
media when the situation fits. In the same media were were told that at
the so called launch of the new party, there were less than 50 people
including the group leadership, by the way what is the full leadership
complement (names please)?

You see as a tax payer and a citizen, authorities that may be are
accountable to me. Therefore if there is any authority that is responsible
for registration of political party, I have every right to hold it
accountable and it is on those basis that if there is to be registration
of a political party i together with all other citizens should know.

Also for people to claim that they are a political party which is going to
contest elections whereas they are not registered as such, amounts to
fraud(False Pretences)

As for Mpumalaga meeting, I said go into PAC website gallery and see for
yourself (photos cannot lie).
