PAYCO has no contract with your and Letlapa to push your election
campaign.PAYCO has finalised that it is not going to vote,those who wants to
vote are former members of PAYCO and instigators like Pitso.You sound
confused when do you reorgnise PAYCO and when don't recognise it.Where is
the so-called PAC Youth League,that you dreamed of at Fort Hare.You are only
running after Letlapa to protect your sit as Councilor.

I don't know why the administrator still keeps you in thisPAYCO forum,that
you consider lacking political direction.hopefully by Monday will be out.You
are free to make your final comments.
