Maturity and sanity prevailled indeed.Sadly, not the same could be said
about the PAC.Infact contrary holds true.In the points, which you have
listed below, and which seem to have captured your imagination, does
point number 2 mean anything to you Thembinkosi?("2. Members should
learn to be loyal to the Party and its constitution, but serve the
leadership".)Because I hope it reaches the senses of those who decided
to invade and molest the PAC constution, misinforming the gathering,
inter alia, that the PAC never had a Deputy President, and potrying
themselves to be the living Samsons..I respect the move by the
vetarans, but I how I hope that it was genuiene and non-partisan, and
that it permeates through other ranks of the PAC, most notably, its
so-called leadrship.

I witnessed something great on Saterday. There was a meeting or congress
of some sort called by desatisfied APLA Veterans in Bloemfontein. The
altimate aim of this meeting was to depose the current leadership due to
the Conduct of Two officials, who took part in the formation of the RPAC
latter PAM and undermined the processes of the PAC.

Maturity and Sanity prevailed out of that meeting. Present in the
Meeting
amongst others were 4 Generals, colonels, senior officials and rank
fille
forces from the ranks of APLA,serving in the defense force.

After a series of accusations and counter accusations the Africanist
realised that power mongering and factionailsm is the enemy of the Pan
Africanist Congress and delay the advencement of the party.

The the Veterans reconcilled, those who were at fault apologised for
their
role of bring the assaciation and the party to disrepute. They were
forgiven.

The veterans concolidated thier support for the PAC and they will work
tierlessly to turn the tide for the PAC in the forth comming elections.

As Africans we took the first step towards the first aim and we relieved
the ideals of comrade Pokela.

I hope that this reconciliatory meetings was not the last, but many
meetings of this sort will continue.

The legendory Comander, Comrade Romera gave a small talk. Here are the
keys to his speech.

1. Contradictions in the organisation are good, but we should differ to
find lasting solutions for the advancement of the revolution and not the
distruction there off.
2. Members should learn to be loyal to the Party and its constitution,
but
serve the leadership.
3. An organisation depends on its cadres for sarvival. The PAC cadres
should put their waight behind the PAC.

Before borring this forum, let me conclude by saying "Maturity and
Sanity
fanilly prevailled in the ranks of the PAC"

Serve the People

Thembinkosi
