Kindly be advised that PAYCO Annual Conference as schuduled for the 27 February - 01 March 2009 has been called off. The above decision was taken on the background of provinces' recommendation to defer the conference as scheduled at this particular political juncture internally and in the country. Following this discussion at the previous NEC metting the feedback we have recieved todate affirms it will not be feasible to hold a dully representative conference as envisaged. Please note that the National Congress will be convened during the second quarter of the year for the organisation to hold the NEC accountable, develop a pertinent programme of action and elect a National Executive Council (NEC) when the two (2) year term of the current NEC expires by the end of July 2009. Once the dates for the National Congress has been fixed we will give you notice. The venue is expected to remain the same. We hope you find the above in order.
