I think the result should be respected on the grounds advanced by this NPA. As far as we are aware it is not for the first time that cases have been withdrawn on the basis of insufficient evidence or probabilities that could enable Prosecuting Arm to win the case. And I want to believes that it is Zuma’s constitutional right to make representations and to have them considered by the lawful body which is the National Prosecuting Authority in this case. the advent of this case which has led to the exorbitant use of state funds in a case which has seen two organs of state pitted against each other. As a result, delivery did suffer after millions and millions of rand went to lawyers instead of to education
