Cde Mmbara,

These are good news son of the soil, but my worry is the intepretation of
the ruling and its implications to the status quo. Before the fraudulent
congress of forthare, Letlapa was a President without executive. Does this
suggest that he is reinstated with the old constitution? If this is the
case, we still have a huge challenge to mount. We need to interdict
Letlapa, from leading solo, and seek relief from court for the congress to
be convened within three months.

Lastly, noble son, should you be in a possession of the court order,
please circulate for the indulgence of branches in Western Cape.

Regards,
