Ma-afrika if is the time for analogy i think we all needs to be at the same pace. i havebeen observing things happening in PAYCO and worse in PAC.if we all have the same objective then we could ride the same bus and possible led by one driver, even if s(he) is a learner driver, the support base if is enough we don't need experince to lead.
i wish we can stop to be sefish and individualist so that we can be progressive.if you fight for position in the party and reach a conclution to form your own how do we trust you as members of the public, when and if you can access the leadership of the country. we must stop this behavior in PAC and observe unity, in unity you can't go wrong. i have few examples that i can share with you later on about unity i just want to respond and further congradulate PASMA on their victory.Students we have been there, done that and when you do it like us you make us proud. i grew-up as Pasma Member in former Medunsa With few comrade i can mention Dr melfort moloto,Dr George Tshehla,Dr Godfrey Mnisi,Mr Xlolani Nyandu,Dr kenneth Nchabeleng,Dr Mazondi Ntsane,Ms Aphiwe and many more that i may not mention, we use to be tough comming to compaining because of unity. the question i ask my self every day is,where are this comrade? what are they doing.some of them when i personally meet them they say they are not comfortable with the invironment in PAC and they will rather wait untill power mongering subsides so that they will follow and implement the policies of PAC, now when comrade speak of translation i will say we need to transform first then we will translete. you don't create a clear or user frently environment for translation. i have made a Diagnosis and the following treatment is proposed 1.stop bully behavior and allow competion, whe you you loose accept and join forces 2.start working irrispective of whether election are today or not 3.sell paper with contents that interest readers.heat the rite turget 4.do not compete with loosers, eg COPE and PAM 5.BE Frently and influatiol to member of the community i wish to add more but i have time constrain we will speack later com. > > I concur with you Nobhala and let me also congradulate our student wing > for putting us in a map. now the question that we asked ourselves on daily > basis as PASMA products is how do we translate this victories to be PAC > victory and gain the confidents of the masses including the surrounding > areas of Welkom and Bloem??? > > Its time that PAC structures (PAYCO) in particular should provide a > political and administrative support to this young cadres in a form of > Inductions workshops especially Institutional policies, crafting action > plans and upholding the ideas and Principle of PAN AFRICANISM during > their term of office.
