we are now having PACYL. no more PAYCO. and anybody who will be trying to interfere with the programs of PACYL will be dealt with. furthermore the comrades should refrain from using PAYCO and comrades should try to hospitalise and bury that name since it is not wanted even in the dustbin of PAC.
