Greetings comrade Tumelo,

I agree with u that we are in a state that is testing
emotionally, mentally, also testing our political and ideological standing.
It is extremely difficult to stomach the instults and accusations that we
have been exchanging over the years, yet claiming to be standing for unity
of our people,we have failed dismally to practice what we preach. We are
in a serious dilemma, but we cannot dispare and loose hope as this party
stands for hope and reassurance to our people that as long as PAC exist
their trials and tribulations would end some day.

I read words on your contribution and heard them, but I also felt the
emmotions, rage and frustrations in the words expressed, and identified with
your pain and state of disbelief. That is the frustration we have been
enduring over the years, when you see your yesteryear heroes and role
models hellbent to destroy the party with such glorious history. It is the
pain we have felt when party members were being set against each other,
when party leaders are assaulted at instructions of party leaders, when
young party leaders are vilified and rubbished by those tasked to groom
and nurture them, whem party stalwarts and veterans are undressed in the
media and declared non members of the party they sacrificed so much for
and when divisions and factions are promoted and nourished from the
highest offices in the party.

We have suffered so much for daring to stand for what we believe is right
and true interests of the PAC and that of our people. It pains my heart to
think of the financial resources, time and other sacrifices we have made to
fight internal party issues than engage in serious political battles for
our people. I am certain that our consciences would be at ease if we had
used these resources to fight the ruling elite and to wrestle for state
power, but that is not the case with us in the PAC.

Party building is our collective task, cannot be given to one individual to
run with it,infact it should be driven by the President and the National
Executive Council together with branches and party members. If we want to
stop factionalism and divisions we should just reject this notion that a
particular individual is the Head of party building, and anything and
anybody he disagrees with is declared party enemy and anti party building.
Comrades if we want to build a strong and functional PAC we should be
honest and brutally frank with each other, let's stick with principle and
leave personalities outside.

I agree with you that as individuals we cannot address the challenges
facing PAC,hence we rejected the invoking of the decree,as it meant the
individual should run the affairs of the party to the exclusion of the
collective. We have supported all efforts that sought to reconcile the
waring factions in the party, including the special delegation of former
Presidents who sought to mediate without any success and the convening of
the convention as we believe we need to meet and deal with our demons and
craft a fresh way forward. PAYCO remains committed to Party building
exercises as they are key to achieve a strong mass based party.

This party need all of us to make it and lead to the realisation our
people's dream of a liberated Azania,Africa and the world that is free of
exploitation ,capitalism and classess. Let's unite and move together with
our people to the realisation of this goal. I hope to see you in PAYCO
National Congress next weekend, that would be the first step.

Yours for a classless society

Kwame Ndebele
PAYCO Secretary General

> Why do we ask what our party can do for us rather than ask what can we
do
> for our party? PAYCO, PAC, PACYL, PACWL, lets stop this nonsense and
build
> the party why do not we let those with vision to facilitated the party
building programmes - please do not get me wrong Narius is not the only
person who can build the party even if he was king in Limpopo, Kwame you
also cant, Skwatsha will not even launch a single branch without our
help.
>
> Have you people forgotten that it is by choice that you are Pac members
and not by force? I particularly am not growing in the PAC there is no
hope for the future. I need all of you including the President to have a
look aback before we join this Party and let me know if this is what you
really wanted in a political party that influenced the history of
Azania.
> Why do not we all retire for a while check if our objectives are clear
and
> than come back with a solution. Right now we not giving Pac a chance to
even see the light of day. Comrades please lets protect our interests by
first protecting those of the PAC itself. Being arrogant with each other
will not help.
