Ma-Afrika
Let us be honest to each other Ma-Afrika every election the PAC votes are declining we need to ask ourselves are we the cause of this problem or are we doing enough to contribute or to be loyal to this organization it won't help us to talk or to fight each other day in and day out. I think what we need to do is come together and swallow our pride and do party introspection we cannot continue like this there are capable cadres within this organisation that can take this organisation to better heights I think even Sobukwe wherever He is, he must be turning in his grave I really agree to a lot of issues raised on this side and if we can start working as a collective I promise Ma-Afrika we will GOVERN this country. Are you saying name changing without proper consultation is party building? maybe commander we should seek clarity to our senior cadres on more viable options of party building but what i know from the experience of PASMA is that a revolutionary organisation should be mass driven, leaders can not dictate on programmes and policy formulation or any constitutional amendmends.they can only prepare and guide. what bothers me most is that our leadership have continouosly undermining our constitution, in these sense force lami they don`t have a proper way of communicating with branches, media has never been a relevant platforms to address constituency and there are some of the pressing issues that you can not divulge in a media , they need a constitutional platform which is AGM or SAGM. Mafrica that big A stand for Annual which means after every financial year a normal or ogranised structure or institution must present a financial report and update members on the current state of their organisation and devise a new strategy to run it effectively.further than that delegates or members of that organisation would map up a clear way forward to the challenges faced my their leadership. We as PAYCO members won`t have any problem if you engage with our constitutionally elected leaders on clearing these dark cloud and confussion of two youth movement. As the youth of PAC we only recognised PAYCO because we elected them and their term of office is due on these weekend pending the succes of congress, they know very well that they must account.I am appealing to any Pac member or Youth member of pac that when he or she want to change anything(policy related) which affect PAYCO must come to Kimberly(PAYCO Congress). To influence branches of PAYCO and table the facts to the congress and the congress would decides. We would make provission for condonation of late submission(motions) to secretary general. Looking forward to your favourable response Izwe Lethu Former PASMA DSG --- On Mon, 10/26/09, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: From: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: [PAYCO] Re: Limpopo way forward To: [email protected] Date: Monday, October 26, 2009, 12:45 PM > Sello your behavior is uncalled for, you know that the only legitimate youth structure is Pan Africanist Youth congress of Azania(PAYCO). It is not quite surprising to read that you call yourself Provincial Secretary of something that don't exist in reality. You have just contradicted yourself morena. You and shenanigans political mosquitoes friends distorting truth from the public and yourselves. As PAYCO members we are not cowards and power mongers like you. We are going to come victorious as history is on our side. Maroons like you, we are going to deal with them harsh. Let me pause for now.
