It aims to contribute to policy debate, improvements in service delivery and in the expansion of knowledge and practice through cutting edge disciplinary and interdisciplinary research in the field of social welfare and social development. The CSDA is currently looking to fill the position of Junior Research Assistant on an 11 month contract and seeks a responsible Honour or Masters graduate who is looking to pursue a career in social research. The job will provide a good opportunity to gain valuable research experience across a range of research projects. It does however require that the incumbent be an organised self-starter who is willing to learn.
