It is with great sadness to announce to PAYCO NEC and PAC Structures about the
passing of one of Khutsong Branch member, Mme Nkele Tlhapi, (K-MART) who played
a major role in assisting with the growth and development of the organization,
She was regarded as a Mother to all the Pan Africanist here in Khutsong and the
West rand as a whole, she selflessly gave us from time to time her home to have
PAC meetings and functions, we have lost a pillar that really kept up together
under very difficult situations. Details of the funeral arrangements will be
posted at a later stage
