Night Virgil at Langa to honour and connect with the spirit of the departed 
freedom fighters will be held at the Langa flats. 
 
A Roll of Honour of those who died on the day, those wounded, those who were 
hanged in Pretoria, including the langa six, those killed in Paarl, those 
arrested and sentenced to the Robben Island, those who went into exile, the PAC 
leadership put on trial for charges of incitement, founders of the party in the 
Western Cape, the unsung heroes who were there from inception and a woman whose 
child (and the child) who was short dead by the Police during the state of 
emergency in the aftermath of the  21st March 1960, will be read.

PAC programme of the day to commemorate the Sharpeville-langa massacre will 
start at the Langa flats and end at the Langa cemetery.
 
Part 2

Unveiling of Langa Memorial Monument by the City of Cape Town and the 
Provincial Government at the traffic circle next to the spot were three people 
where killed on 21st March 1960. The PAC will be present. 
 
Tuesday 30th March 2010

Relive of the Great 30 000 strong march on the day in 1960. 
 
The 9 kilometers march will start from Langa flats through to the City of Cape 
Town, to Caledon Police Station where a memorandum will be handed to the 
Station Commander.

·        City Press to run a pullout (insert) on Sharpeville Langa Massacres on 
Sunday the 28th March 2010.
