Our graduates participate in the EOH Graduate Development Program which runs over a period of 2 years. During this time, graduates attend a number of short courses with our EOH Academy. The Academy focuses on developing specific business and consulting skills while at the same time, our business units arrange for product and technical skills development and knowledge transfer. The Academy also manages the support and mentoring of our graduates during their initial 2 year period of employment with us.
