Are we embarking on building structures such as strong braches as units, regional and provincial structures ?. Yesterday I was disturbed by a cartoon from the City Press depicting PAYCO from the graveyard asking Malema to apologize within few days. This has been my problem for years within this movement that we should be establishing our existence everywhere even if we have 5 members on some branches that would mean a lot to us.
