The PAC National Convention held in Cape Town late last year in December was
the
continuous consultative gathering aimed at restoring the PAC's authenticity.
Every component structures: Aplamva, Payco, Pawo, Pasma,Paso and Palf were
invited and they participated with positive mood.

Now the planned trick by Justice Mvakali [Aplamva deputy secretary] to convene
the so-called "consultative talks to re-build the PAC" is is totally a
misguided
move by the APLAMVA chairperson, Raymond Fihla whose attempt is to sabotage the
forthcoming PAC National Conference. To re-cap a bit, prior to the PAC
Natiolal
Convention, several consultative talks were held and all the stakeholders were
informed with Fihla failing to attend without any apology. In fact, Fihla is
always unwilling to attend PAC public gatherings for the reasons only known to
himself and his "boys in the likes of Mvakali". Not long ago, Fihla
deliberately
failed to attend APLA Day event held in September this year.

As the process unfolds to re-direct the PAC to its original position, some
people in the form of traitors will emerge trying to derail the genuine
course.
There is no reason why Fihla and his crew would only invite former APLA members
to the so-called consultative talks if that move is aimed at re-building the
PAC. Mvakali is not even ashamed to bribe the participants with food so as
to gaurantee attendance.  It is in our records that several APLMVA leaders do
not want to be associated to PAC with the excuse that APLAMVA only represents
the welfare being of APLA former cadres.

There is nothing wrong for anyone contributing towards the "PARTY BUILDING" but
that must be done through honesty and within the framework of the PAC
constitution. Those who are talking about the consultative talks at this stage
might have taken a tranquilizer and I would advise them to attend the most
legitimate gathering the "PAC National Conference as planned. Failure to adhere
to this, their dirty tricks will be exposed further.
