Following our meeting over the weekend, we are taking this opportunity to
fully declare our endorsement to the forthcoming PAC NATIONAL CONFERENCE
scheduled for 3rd to 5th December 2010, at Ipelegeng Community Centre,White
City, SOWETO.
As the host of the CONFERENCE, we have considered numerous issues which will
fall within our responsiblity and the protocol must be observed.
1. The conference will be convened under the auspices of the PAC constitution
of 2000.
2. The conference will continue to deliberate on the matters discussed at the
PAC National Convention held late
last year in December 2009.
i.e -establishment of the PAC politburo structure apart from the NEC and
NWC
-establishment of the PAC ideology school
-PAC budget which will cover all component structures pursuing the
genuine cause of the PAC for the
total liberation of Azania.
-Clear defination on the role of the component structures to the PAC.
-Financial report and the audit of the PAC assets both internal and
abroad [Tanzania]
-Fundraising for the elected National Task team currently running the
PAC affairs from the
individual's own pockets. [ It must be noted that the PAC coffers
as
we talk now are completely dry and
the PAC former president, Mphahlele must account to it to the
members or else a fraud case will be
instituted.

3. Every delegate will receive an equal treatment and as such no one will be
accorded a celebrity status.
