Comrade Sondi,
Maybe we need an exchange program, come, live and work in the Western
Cape in order for you to understand its Dynamics and its politics.
Take a year to two even if its an Internship program so that we do not
speak Greek to you.
That would be for your own benefit, your own personal and
organisational growth too. My understanding is that Pan Africanism is
the way of life and should be easier for us pick up on these things in
the modern society.
I hope your probing questions are not reinforcing the status quo and
entrenching white supremacy that africans are solely dependent on the
racist DA's and the likes to do the thinking for themselves. Are we
incapable enough not to manage these systems ourselves? In this
instance it boils down to the ideological crises faces the ruling
party, because ideology goes with the principle. In clear ideological
terms you would not have things such as floor crossing, develop
education curriculum that are mean to enslave your furture generation,
even if you developed economic policies that favour the white minority
still its insufficient for them and they will never trust your
government maybe its in the of white capital, do they succumb to the
democratic rule of the african majority, no.
Even those fellow that join the DA and other liberal parties find it
difficult to work with their masters, there are meetings they do not
understand take for instance your MEC for Human Settlement in the
Western Cape, Mr Bondinkosi Madikizela the trauma and frustration is
written on his face and regrets misleading black and took them to the
DA given housing backlog facing the provinces instead he is an enemy
to his people oh thats the power of a divide and rule strategy. As
poor masses are trapped in poverty circles they have become
electioneering tools for the DA, sorry for our mothers, sisters and
brothers who work as Domestic workers and farm workers for these
masters and mistress as they have no choice because they cannot bite
the hand that feeds them its a shame to the ruling party and
tripartite alliance for allowing this to happen to our people. Take
the Bus Rapid Transport system that was first piloted in Jo/burgh and
later implemented in Cape Town's affluent areas. BRT was just another
brainwashing system that is aimed at killing the taxi industry, the
only black owned economic transport system that was as a result of the
Apartheid policies and racialised forced removals distancing our
people working as cheap labour from the cities and the workplace.
Now we hear of uncontrolled population growth linked to climate
change, is this another genocide to africans in the diaspora or does
it confirms what PW Botha said in 1985.
These maybe petty issues but have deeper effects on poor african
masses full development.

I have been asking myself this question even long before DA came up
with the notion of combining the Legislative Capital and Judicial
capital , what could be the advantages and disadvantages , maybe
also bring in the Exective Capital , take me true comrades !!!

I repeat Somdaka, Dikgang Moseneke cannot be drawn into that mud-
slinging match please.

No Somdaka, I disagree the ANC cannot use deputy chief justice
Dikgang Moseneke as a fallback call when its now convenient for
them its a pre-mature statement and a call for opportunists. Infact
when the pressure mounts form the DA, FF Plus and other right wing
parties, they must do the damage control. Let them sort out the
mess they have created, Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo accepted the
offer from JZ out of his free will overlooking the basics
constitutional procedures, its their fault not to check the blind
sports and a lack of organisational skills and political
immaturity. The JZ administration is a very risky one, he has
surrounded himself with filthy rich Indians and other bunch of
animals. Now the DA has used the loophole and that has played in
their racists. Hlope and the Cape Town judges are fighting the
highly racialised judicial system particularly in the Western Cape,
so Ngcobo should have fought his own battles.
The racists DA will fight tooth and nail to entrench white
supremacy every where in SA using the Democracy and the Groote
Schuur Constitution including the judiciary. They want to combine
Cape Town's legislative capital with Bloemfontein's Judicial
capital, Pretoria will soon follow if you look at the national
local government trends, going back to the same apartheid systems.
Those jews know their story, do not take them lightly.
The time for Sushi, whiskies, parties and social animals is over
its time for real economic, social politics.

Subject: AZAPO on Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo’s withdrawal
The decision by Chief Justice Ngcobo to decline President Zuma’s
proposed term extension must be commended. It brings sanity and
dignity to the country’s judiciary and not least to the highest
court in the land – the Constitutional Court.
AZAPO hopes that Chief Justice Ngcobo’s demonstrated wisdom and
maturity will also exude to influence Luthuli House and
Mahlambandlovu to do the honourable thing and appoint the man whom
the President of the Republic had previously overlooked - the
Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke. Those tasked with the
leadership of our democratic institutions of power should
demonstrate personal and political maturity and appoint the Deputy
Chief Justice as Chief Justice. The man has the credentials and
integrity to occupy the office of Chief Justice!
Given that the Deputy Chief Justice’s term of office may also be
nearing its lapse, AZAPO is of the view that legal and political
questions on the appointment and/or term of office of
Constitutional Judges in general and the Chief Justice in
particular should be resolved as a matter of urgency.
Equally important is the need to tackle the finer lingering
questions regarding the separation of powers by ensuring that we
enact a law that all judges, including the Concourt judges and
Chief Justice, are appointed via the Judicial Services Commission
(JSC) process which must recommend potential appointees to
Parliament. Parliament should process such recommendations through
a bill process that allows for public participation. The executive
arm of government could make its submissions through JSC and the
Parliamentary process.
The greatest lesson can be learnt from the controversy relating to
the independence of the judiciary, is that a clear separation of
powers, greater level of public participation and accountability
is needed. The current systems have more than proved their
inadequacy in this regard. A multiple check and balances and
counter-check and balances process will in AZAPO’s view enhance
institutional integrity and restore public confidence in South
Africa’s organs of state. It will also go a long way to protect
the country from political and criminal manipulations.
As with the executive and lower courts, AZAPO believes that the
term of office of Concourt judges should not be limited as long as
an individual is fit and proper to carry his or her duties
competently. Only the appointment to the Chief Justice position
should compel an individual to serve a maximum of two five year
terms along similar lines the constitution demands of the
President of the Republic.

Subject: Apartheid Corruption
Date: Thu, 28 Jul 2011 10:29:36 +0200
Revolutionary greetings Ma-afrika,
See how Magnus Malan and other white lumpens looted state
resources before the democratic transition and our government
accepted the repayment of the odious debt. We must call on the
Hawks, Public Protector and other chapter institutions to
investigate this bloody corruption as it in the best public
interest of the african masses that are still trapped in poverty
circles. Please go through it long as it is, although it does not
give solutions to the problems but the thugs involved must be
prosecuted too.
You can google it under Apartheid Corruption. Can we live with
this reality?
