Subject-“TRIPOLI- NATO’s LATEST BUTCHERING THEATRE” Once again, the cruel and ugly face of murderous terrorism, war crimes and crimes against humanity have revealed by the current total annihilation of the Libyan population by NATO led al-Qaeda terrorist circuits. Humanity once again is witnessing the butchering theatre in Tripoli where NATO led al-Qaeda have massacre over half a million people less than a week of aerial bombardments and foreign land invasion of the Libyan capital, Tripoli. These are the same barbaric, quarrelsome and prehistoric people who are involved in the killing of millions of innocent human beings in Rwanda, Somalia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, and are threatening the existence of progressive countries like Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Belarus, and more. These are facts well documented and which the UN Secretariat in New York cannot dispute. This is the one part of the tragedy visiting Africa. The other part, which is worst, is attempt by United Nations Secretary-General to associate his office with the activities of an unholy alliance with a known history of barbaric terrorism. By spewing-out hate-speeches against the competent authorities in Tripoli, Mr. Ban Ki-moon is extending support to an action that is embarrassing to the African Union (AU) and other civilized Institutions. We call upon the civilized world to take serious notice of Mr. Ban Ki-moon’s unwelcomed and unacceptable stance in NATO’s led holocaust campaign against the people of Libya and Africa. If anything, Mr. Moon should be seen as promoting and defending peace, human rights and fight as much as possible to dissociate the office of the Secretary-General of the UN from the evil designs and tastes of an unholy alliance, whose actions are at variance with international moral principles and Charter of the United Nations. Mr. Ban Ki-moon’s latest comments, commending terrorist al-Qaeda NTC in Benghazi against the legitimate Government of the Libyan people is nothing but a slap in the face of the great and just African Union (AU). It is on record, and a well-established fact that Ban Ki-moon is the first Secretary-General of the UN to support political execution, including the extra-judicial hanging of the martyrdom of the Arab nation, His Excellency Dr. Saddam Hussein, against UN Charter and principles. The moral position of the African Union in the Libyan crises is clear on the board-“The Pan-African body does not accept change of Government any where on the continent or elsewhere through illegal means or military force”. The Hugo Chavez International Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) is a charity Organisation with NGO status. We advocate peace, human rights, democratic good governance and human dignity, and against the design, manufacture, stockpile and use of weapons of mass destruction. We commend the African Union’s principles position to end the Libyan crises on the mahogany and not on the battle field. We support the African Union’s road map for peace in Libya, a credible and durable solution supported and promoted also by the popular democratically-elected leader, Dr. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. We support a Government, and not murderous terrorists. We commend Dr. Hugo Chavez, the Government and people of Venezuela for donating tons of food and medicines and cash to restore life to the starving people of Somalia. By this statement, we ask UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to do humanity a good thing, by visiting Libyan capital and see things for himself than sit in air conditioned room in New York and make judgments on the situation in Libya based on criminal media reporting. We believe such a step would go a long way to prick the conscience of the UN C Secretariat on the situation in Libya and the rest of Africa. This is the only moral step left for Mr. Moon to save the world body from public scorn and international ridicule.
