As we speak Mrs Mpendulo is without electricity, her been on the auction list, I
don't for how many times. Mr Mpendulo is frail,in and out of hospital. De Klerk
is riding the crest of the wave addressing seminars talking nonsense.Charity
begins at home,De Klerk is the classic case of being sent to the Hague.

IOr, is that too much of an asking?

Subject: [PAYCO] We must rebel at home and abroad

Charles Taylor has been sentenced to 50 years. Gbagbo of Ivory Coast is on
trial, Mugabe is on the shortlist, Gaddafi is executed and so has been his
children, Seif awaits arrest to the Hague, a number of Africans are on the list
with some on the run while others enjoy temporary shields of different forms.

George Bush and Tony Blair are horse racing and enjoying grand fatherhoods with
their grandkids. Bill Clinton along with all those three American presidents
who visited massacres on the heroic vietnamese enjoy and those who passed on,
did so peacefully and they are neither buried at sea nor at some secret place,
their people have mementos to go to. Sarkozy is now getting his play horses
having delivered chaos for Ivory Coast and Libya.

Still there has been no trial for the tragedies of Nkrumah and the head throat
cut display of Lumumba just as there will be none for the ones who continue to
fall victim now.

By now I am certain the point I wish to make is well painted.

The solution to all these scoundrels is that we should stand up and rebel. I
want to deal more with the nature of this rebel and to whom it must be directed.

Its departing point must be at home. We need to rise against our own so called
African governments. Most of these governments are but candle holders to the
criminal capitalist system. All their interest centres around 'today'. They
make every effort to look civil and compliant. Almost all of them get worried
if they do not receive an award from their colony masters, it matters not
whether the award means much.

Their idea is to eat eat and pass the baton on to somebody who must do the
same. They have no interest to upstage the system. They vote with the colony
masters. Everything they do is not for Africa including all these socalled
civil wars.

Just as an indicator. Who killed Gaddafi? Was he not killed by that African
vote? Who saved Assad? Russia. Which vote made it possible for the colony
masters to sweep barren and kill all sane moving people in Libya? That is why I
say we must start at home and rebel, go on a war. These rebellion cannot be
waged with them because they are content with crumbs they have access to. They
want no injury. The African Union is not only a sham but a dangerous organised
entry point for capital and all its wars.

Students must collapse the education system and all its machineries and remodel
a new one focused on industrialisation, commerce and human development. Workers
must crush their factories and recreate business, and the youth must go to the
front and push down all these symbols of oppression.

We must reject the ICC and the socalled UN. First we must reorient ourselves
and then move into action.

This is the gap the PAC must fill and it is for this that it requires
leadership and will, quality leadership as you can see the tasks. We must break
conformity, and leave this mistaken desire for civility and acceptance. Let us
live for the cause and stop looking behind our shoulders for approval by the
same people we must rebel against and overthrow!!

Everyone everywhere in Africa must rebel against all the stooge governments,
fan-holders of capital and international thuggery!!

Africa Our Land!!
