Comrades, That sms is simply another joke employed by the faceless campaigners for a congress which we publicly and internally rejected. The PAYCO president made a clarion call to those whose names appeared on the list circulated earlier to denounce the list especially those from our ranks. The fact that none denounced the list and now we are faced with this joke of an sms is a sign that comrades never fully understood our struggle, theirs was a personal war against Letlapa and now they see an opportunity to replaced him with themselves in his congress(my fear is that they have his blessing). Our struggle is above Letlapa and it is to reposition PAC as the vanguard of the masses with a clear Program of Action through seazure of state power. This obamanized campaign for presidency at the so called congress is yet to atticulate on a program of action. And last we checked these faceless campaigners lacked the basic understanding of the importance of a Program of action and sought to replace politics with organizatioanl charts. We are clear on where we stand on the congress issue and we are not in any way dellusioned that we will come out with a progressive president in that gathering. Lastly a so-called president that may emerge from an ilegitimate congress called by an ilegitimate Mudini Maivha under the authority of an ilegitimate Letlapa Mphahlele cannot hope to have any credibility among Africanists. There is nothing revolutionary about a pursuit of social ambitions at the expense of African masses who are genuinely looking for a vanguard movement to lead them to a liberated and unified Africa. For many reasons this is a village joke par excellence devoid of any thought. And of course some of us know there is no politics behind this, it is mushrooms who are beginning to believe they are trees. The reality is that we don't even need to put energy to demonstrate that it is a mushroom becuase it will self decay and then blown off by the wind. PAC cannot be entrusted to untested and even so by Blade personalities. Some IFP linked fella (Blade) who went thru the cracks. Its a real sham of a group with no understanding of the theory and practice of the PAC, the international parlance of organisation and character and the holiness of the principle of program of action. Of course as we know these are political infants who have no record. Social ambitions must be fulfilled in the social sphere and not on our political space. The revolution which is upon us shall be led by revolutionaries and not by personalities who dream administration when they have administered zero in and outside politics. It is an atmospheric idea. In social parlance we would have said: come on chaps!! The other thing is that these are not even PAC ideas, but are as weak as the absolute lack of confidence by the peddlers. In politics record and where you come from matters the world over. And these ones come from no where. I am quite sure these ideas emerged out of boredom and some social gig.
