It is disturbing to see PAYCO debacle spilling to social networks. This shows that the current PAYCO is controlled else where, or by individuals who are hell bent in advancing the personal agendas within the youth structure.
Its seems the factional tendency within the PAC has manifested it self within the ranks of PAYCO.
