PAC policies are bas ed on Pan Africanism and this ideology is clear both on domestic and intern ational arena. There is little significance for policy conference because t he post 1994 political dispensation has transformed SA into a neo-colony an d Pan Africanism is clear on how to resolve this. The current PAC leaders m ust put aside comfort-zones ambitions and begin mass-mobilisation programm es on burning issues such as landlessness, natural resources, education, pu blic infrastructues e.g ( people are forced to pay for the use of public to ilets and car-parkings in cities ) this is the highest form of capitalism. The continuous fuel-price hikes is the duty of the PAC to campaign against. Tax-payers's money is being wasted on brain-dead Nelson Mandela in hospita l. This money could subsidize fuel and public transport in this country. Th e PAC leadership is always mum on these issues. With the national elections approaching, we will blame a lack of funds for the party's failure to attr act voters. This is an excuse.
