The planned Mothopeng memorial lecture has once again sparked animosity,
others viewing this as Letlapa 's attempt to stage a come-back in the PAC
politics. However if the later is true, l would advise him to choose a
different route. In my opinion he may attend the lecture but only as an
ordinary member. There is nothing Letlapa will do now to make a meaningful
impact in the PAC. A sober person will understand at this juncture that PAC has
gone from bad to worse under Letlapa leadership. The problem is that members
are also unwilling to mature in politics. Butterworth Congress and the recent
Birchwood Hotel are the clear examples immaturity . Those who endorsed these
two gatherings must bear in mind that they took the PAC far backward. I have
nothing personal, but surely, Letlapa has never invested his energy in the PAC,
rather he spent most of his time writing books and administering USA sponsored
NGO's, Lyndy Fourie and Amy Biehl Foundations. Mphethi or Narius are
ideological bankrupty and just enjoying bourgeoisie life-style. A person to
rescue the PAC cannot hold secretariat positions to more than three different
organisations, run estate agent and more business ventures. Members are also a
contrubutory factor for the PAC 's collapse until such time they scrutinize
before electing someone into leadership.
