Comrades in arms,

As much as I share sentiments advanced against the approach of cde Ndima in
relation to the document submitted here by cde Siya Ndamane for our indulgence
and response, but I am not impressed by the dismissive attitude to the
pertinent issues he raises. I am one person who does not like a person who
debates out of context, but the question that comes to mind is, is really cde
Ndima out of context?

I firmly believe that if the centre cannot hold indeed things will fall apart.
The experience of EFF has confirmed my long held view that with a coherent,
focused, militant and hands-on National Leadership we can turn things around
and inspire action from both our members and the masses of our people. EFF in
KZN has no structures but it was able to ganner votes and support from the
masses of our people based on the strong presence of its National Leadership.
For us to successfully sell and win the hearts of our people we need a
leadership that will inspire action and an action oriented Programme of Action.

I believe we need a multi-proned strategy to deal with PAC challenges but
primarily to that should be to get the centre right.

I am currently working on the response on the proposals as per submitted by cde
Siya and believe all of us must make our submissions in this regard but at the
same time focus on the primary objective to get the centre right. We need a
militant and vocal leadership that will articulate the positions we would
formulate in response to these proposals. It would be futile to produce the
most crafted revolutionary policy position and have no leaders to articulate
them.

I agree though with all comrades that in our pursuit to get the centre right we
should not be factional and destructive. We need everybody on the deck to build
a militant PAC ready to usurp state power.

Your robust engagement in this regard would be welcomed.

Izwe lethu!

Subject: RE: LAND REFORM

Izwe lethu M'Afrika

While one does not negate the essence advanced by Cde Ndima, we must note that
the attempt by Cde Ndamane requires attention and once more it brings to many
of us the basic reason that PAC as a political party in politics, to create
public opinion and presence in bourgeoisie democracy and body politic it ought
to engage in formulating alternative policy positions and publicly pronounce
its perspective to mobilise and organise the masses around its own positions
and ideas flowing from the logic of the material conditions of the African
people. But such an effort is realistically undermined by the internal party
organisational environment characterised by deep-rooted resentment among PAC
members, branches and leaders to the magnitude that as matters stand the
advancement of the purpose and mission of the PAC has been completely
forgotten; and this is aptly demonstrated by the ensuing resentful exchange in
this thread. It has become a habit for PAC members and leaders to accuse and
label others as enemy agents, Patricia De Lille during the Bredell Land
Campaign did accuse PAC members and some leaders as enemy agents, it seems as
soon as there is a disagreement among comrades others are keen and quick to
resort to such destructive methods without producing evidence to that effect.
It is unfortunate about the extent of internal party infighting divisions or
factionalism has assumed and become an internally self-sustained organism
which continues to consume the remainder of the party. Indeed, 2009 and 2014
PAC performance continues to dwindle mainly as a consequence of internal
intolerance and rooted factionalism. It matters less how we refute and deny the
existence of the compounding and solidifying problems facing the party, as we
continuously lose political ground and link with the most downtrodden and
toiling masses in the country. We must thrive to break the vicious circle which
has effectively arrested the forward movement and advancement of the Pan
Africanist Agenda as enshrined in the 1959 Pan Africanist Manifesto, and such
demands PAC branches and members to organise inclusive meetings and conference
to unite and focus on concluding a Programme of Actions through which PAC can
advance its socialist revolutionary path for total liberation and unification
of Africa on a socialist programme.

Lastly, I have personally requested and appealed as a matter of principle that
my name should be removed from leadership slates crafted and circulated mainly
because thus far in the Party, leadership lists have recently become a grouping
arrangement which borders highly along factional interests thus finally such an
approach has proven to deepen divisions than forging a principled unification
approach of the PAC.

Subject: Re: LAND REFORM

Greetings

I acknowledge this mail but I have to say I'm really disappointed in the manner
that the email seek to address an individuals not to provide remedy to the
situation that we are facing. The factionalism tendency won't end in the part
more specially if we have people who degrade other members like this if you son
of the soil you've bad issues with Narius n Mphethi swallow your pride and go
to them in joberg n tell them what are they doing than to involve us into this
conflict of power.

I don't support individuals in PAC but I Respect the party and I will support
any member of PAC who will be leading the PAC as long that executive is elected
in PAC conference as I did to Cadre Letlapa executive. Mafrika we should know
we won't lead all of us so accept if you're on the ground.

I wonder and I'm still curious to know how does one say PAC is dying under the
same leadership hence number don't lie majoni if you compare
2009 election outcome and 2014 outcome then you'll see that PAC increase with
2000 votes we still maintained the same seat. Mafrika plz stop manifests lies.

Majoni my advise is dat if you want power do one thing go to da ground and help
to form more PAC branches with the help of the PAC NEC to bless those branches
n stop warning us about individuals.

If the are buses to conference dat is good for PAC member since the transport
will be available.
