They should not be regarded and approached as three entirely separate entities but as three focus areas which are inter linked and dependent on each other. Assess how the company manages to integrate environmental concern into the design process Discuss whether there are long-term future threats or opportunities Management:Develop a general understanding of the management organization In this component you should develop a general understanding of the corporate management. Assess the perception of environmental problems and drivers for change Assess the effectiveness in implementing, managing and sustaining CP. Service sector auditThe service sector audit will focus on understanding how environmental issues and concern apply to a service organization.
