Basically this rework mainly coming from Fox fruit which the content are sugar, glucose , small acid and flavor. IF we want to sell this rework in syrup condition, mean the material left in this syrup will be only sugar and glucose because during rework preparation we treated the rework to take out all color, flavor also acid. So let we consider this rework mainly only sugar and glucose.

From the recipe of Fox fruit we will have the composition like follows :
        Sugar           : 55%
        Glucose : 45% (with the TS 72%),
so, if we convert to only solid content :
        Sugar           : 64 %
        Glucose : 36 %
From production data, at least for the time being we have 35 ton of solid rework (TS 97% like the finish product).
If we want to sell as syrup, the TS of rework syrup will be 45 - 50%.
I think that what I can tell you about the specification of our rework, hopefully match with your requirement.
