Hi Crystal when I got my cd drive Nero came with it so I gave it a try and I
think it is a very friendly program. The version that I have is 5
something. Believe me it has really got to be a program for dummies if I
can use it.

Subject: I failed

Hi,
I decided to try to burn a cd. I saved songs to the hard drive.

I have Easy CD Creator 6. I would like to slap the person who came up with
that name.

After selecting the songs, I went to the File menu, and record. I had
inserted the blank CDR.

A dialog box came up, and I accepted all the default settings, since I
didn't know what should or should not be changed.

Nothing happened, after I hit the okay button.

I tried the Jaws hot keys, but, nothing there either.

Is there a way to know if the CDR is unusable?

I tried and rebooted, and tried and rebooted.

I have no idea what to try next. If there is a program easier for idiots,
would you please tell me.

Crystal
