Mike, I couldn't agree more. One thing that might help but not much. If you get rid of your cookies and chose a game you will be taken to a "select a player" page which will feature two unlabeled unnamed checkboxes. I have found the top box is for Windows Media player and the bottom box is for Real Player. Select the bottom box. The quality is slightly, and I do mean slightly better. I have had a NUMBER of conversations with those Major League Baseball folks and have told them of my displeasure with the audio, and that their product is NOT major league. Last years feeds were better, they sounded like the old radio NBC ABC or CBS network lines, but this years feeds sound like those old voice coupler remotes I used to do when I first got in to radio back in 19-----. They were very nice and told me "we our working on it" but they also told me they would label the checkboxes to show you what player you were selecting. I won't tell you what screen reader I use, because on some of these lists if you don't pick the right one, you are often accused of having communist tendencies. But I pay the money. My love of baseball over-rules my love of money and good audio.
