Hey all, I'm back, under a new email address. Well, I have a problem. Lately when I have opened Cool Edit, all it says is: "Scanning Effects." I can't go to any menu's, or anything like that, and I can't even close C.E. Does anyone know what I can do so that I can use Cool Edit again? I have even tried a complete uninstall, and reinstall, even deleting the folders, and the Registry keys, but to no avail. Any and all suggestions are welcome. thanks in advance, Gina
