Hi Cindy, Peter Russillo here. Does your friend use Jaws or Window-Eyes? Has he checked about the firewall on his network? I'm guessing (thought I'm not on a network) that some things like that may not be getting let into the firewall. Windows Media Player 7 may need to be upgraded to version 9, or even better, have him get Winamp 5.03; also have him (if he hasn't already0 get the free ACB Radio Tuner; that can be set so the player he chooses can open when activating any of the buttons, be it Mainstream, Interactive, Cafe--what have you. Good luck getting this solved.
