Hi folks, I am using Windows Millenium with a large hard drive with lots of free memory. I have an older copy of Eudora, I think Version 5.1, and when I tried to install this programme I ran into a real mess of trouble. Right after the installation my computer would not work the way it is supposed to do. Speech would not workor Outlook Express. There were many strange files created which came up anytime one tried to move around in the system. I finally had to have my sighted wife help out by visually using the add-remove setup to remove all the Eudora files.
Once Eudora was gone the system began working properly once again. I am assuming that the copy of Eudora I have is corrupted in some way. My question is this: Will Eudora work all right on a system like Millenium? Is there a better version of Eudora I should perhaps use? Any help will be gratefully accepted.
