Andy, try this in Windows Xp for burning MP3 to a CD. Highlight the files you want to copy. Copy them to the clipboard with CTRL-C. Put a blank CD in your drive. Navigate to your drive with the blank CD in it. When there, press CTRL-V to paste the MP3 files into the drive. Screen reader should tell you that the files are there, but you are not finished yet. Now press ALT-F and arrow down to "Write these files to CD", or type T to get there quicker. Press <ENTER> and the CD writing wizard will appear. Follow the prompts, choosing to write a data disk, since you have MP3 files. That has always worked for me in XP.
