I use window eyes. You can use roxio's program with dvd's as well. The dvd's hold 4.7 gigabytes.
I think maby your having problems with selecting your files.
The first thing you should do is to make sure your selecting music if your doing cd's.
tap the alt key arrow down to new then chose music.
When your in the directory use control t to put your file in the list to be recorded.
