It is www.publicradiofan.com and I've just spent a couple hours brousing around. Today I clicked on the "what's on now" link and was presented with a couple hundred direct audio links, listed alphabeticly by show. I sampled a half dozen different shows, and again, not one broken link. I haven't read their guide to first-time users yet, but it appears the listings can be customized to display by type of show, geography, or station call sign. It's been a while since I've had this much fun on the internet.
