Mike, In response to your query: "How widespread is the streaming of sports in Australia. What I am most curious to know is whether or not any Australian baseball is available via the net; and, if so, when is the season."
Australian football is played from late March to late September. Matches are played between Friday evening through to late Sunday and are available from the AFL website at www.afl.com.au. Rugby League is played from mid March to early October and is streamed on Saturdays and Sundays from radio station 2GB at www.2gb.com.au. International cricket is played from early November to early February. In recent years the only live audio has been the sound track off the TV feed - useless. The radio commentary has not been available online. Baseball is not a major sport in this country and is not covered on radio or through live audio online. Not even certain when the season is these days. Cheers, Stephen ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Pietruk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list.
