I looked in Real 10, as Gary advised, and couldn't find anything under preferences to change the format. But, under tools, there's a place entitled: "Convert media format". I assume this is what I'd be looking for. But, it says it's unavailable. Does the item have to be playing in Real 10 in order to do this?
