Hi, I think that email is so much easier, but there are times when software developers need to know about the problems we have with speech friendliness, so for that, a forum is good, because instead of us complaining, we can talk to the developers, but I have a web site, and still, I have trouble navigating forums like the wilder security forum which deals with spyware and such, I know that's not on topic, but wanted to give an example of a forum that to me, is hard to get around on, so, in short forums have their place, but only when necessary.
