Frank!  I assume that these are "Music CD's" and not "Data CD's"?  I
know they are books but if you purchased them from a store then they are
probably what we call "Music CD's" which don't necessarily have to have
music on them.  It refers more to the format in which they've been produced.
     In this case you need CDEX, otherwise known as CD Extractor available
