Hi Sarai, I wonder why you cant get the Rockbox software to work? Could you not even get it loaded, or can you just not get the features to work? I don't know much about this software. But I believe you have to be using what's called the daily build. I'm guessing that there must be more than one type, but I'm honestly not sure. I do know though that in order for the functions to speak, that the talk feature has to be activated. Someone else would need to give you much more information, because I really don't know much. I'm just learning about all this myself. Terri
